When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and the reason for your enquiry. If you become a participant, we collect the information we need to provide safe, quality supports, such as your NDIS plan details, support needs, and the contact details of people you ask us to work with.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and manage your supports, communicate with you and people you have authorised, meet our NDIS and legal obligations, and improve our services.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information. We only share it with your consent, for example with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager, or where the law requires or allows us to, such as reporting to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Overseas Information Handling

Our email and website services include Google services such as Gmail, Google Fonts and YouTube. These providers may process or store personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. The locations depend on the service and its arrangements. You can contact us for further information. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to meet our obligations under Australian privacy law.

How We Keep It Safe

We store information securely and limit access to people who need it to support you. We keep records only as long as we need them or as the law requires.

This Website

We do not install advertising or analytics tracking cookies of our own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the official NDIS video on our Helpful Guides page loads from YouTube only if you choose to play it. These third-party services may collect technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. When you use our contact form, your details are sent securely from this website to our business email inbox and are used only to respond to your enquiry. Your accessibility preferences are saved on your device.
