Community & Participation

Support to stay connected, take part and build confidence in the community.

Uncle Moe with a participant out in the community: walking in the park, at a café, at an art class and gardening

For example: learning to catch the bus to your appointments on your own, joining a local sports club, or visiting family on the weekend.

Community participation looks different for every person. It may mean attending appointments, joining an activity, visiting family, learning to use local services, or simply feeling more confident getting out and about.

Includes

  • Community access and social participation
  • Recreational, sporting and cultural activities
  • Appointments and everyday community access
  • Visiting family and maintaining relationships
  • Travel and transport assistance
  • Group and innovative community participation

We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our supports are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and everything is agreed in a written Service Agreement before support begins.
