Life Skills & Transitions
Building confidence and practical skills across different stages of life.

For example: moving out of the family home for the first time, or settling into a new routine after a big change.
Changes in living arrangements, relationships or daily routines can need extra planning and support. We help you build practical skills, set up new routines and work towards greater independence, in ways that reflect your goals.
Includes
- Daily living and confidence-building skills
- Major life-stage and living transitions
- Setting up new routines and support arrangements
We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our supports are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and everything is agreed in a written Service Agreement before support begins.
